Yoga for Office Bodies

Please note: this class is a yoga mat class, not in a desk chair.

I have created this class after 15 years in an office and 10 years teaching my coworkers yoga every week. While sitting at a desk, our bodies undergo a series of repetitive movements and possible minor injuries, especially if we hold incorrect postures or ergonomics.

This class will not only support you to relieve your discomfort and pain, but work to build strength where needed and teach new patterns to your body.

This class is on the mat, with yoga blocks, a yoga strap and yoga therapy balls. You can purchase the therapy balls in my shop or under massage balls in any fitness store.

The class is offered on a sliding scale you can pay, $10-$20, per week. Register to receive payment link an Zoom link.
