Traditional Health Coaching: In this approach, we teach you HOW the body works, how food works with it, and what food works best for your goals. Once you understand the HOW, then we get into your WHY and dive into labels, shopping, meal planning and making little habit changes, one at a time. Food, herbs supplements, and healthy movement are all a part of this.

Ayurvedic Health Coaching: a comprehensive and individualized approach to working with people’s unique constitutions — not a one-size-fits-all method. We evaluate your health history, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual areas, and determine a plan to help bring greater balance through Food As Medicine.

Shaunna Sutcliffe is the owner of Rising Tide, a Yoga Therapeutic Coach, and a Health Coach. Shaunna started her health coach journey after her battle with chronic illness began and she realized that traditional medicine could not help. With the help of healthy habits and mindset along with healthy foods, she was able to completely shift her chronic illness and is thriving!

Her goal as a health coach is to slowly ease you into healthy habits and foods first with education, then coaching in food, herbs and sleep. If you are ready to make some positive changes and see positive results this will help!

Amanda Beckett works with people leading healthy lifestyles or taking the steps to be healthier. Folks who want to holistically address their chronic patterns or symptoms but don’t know how or where to start. Her role is to help educate and then customize a plan that guides with how and what to eat to bring greater balance. To leverage food as medicine in helping to support the healing journey and shift patterns.

As a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Food Healing Coach, Amanda takes a comprehensive and individualized approach to working with people who desire more complete wellness — not a one-size-fits-all method. Coupling that expertise with her experience as a plant based chef allows Amanda to tailor healing plans that are accessible, appetizing, and enjoyable.

Pricing and Packages

Traditional Health Coaching with Shauna:

3 sessions: $390 virtual or $540 in person. This package is for folks who already have a basic understanding of health, wellness and how the body works. We will go through how to create healthy habits like movement, shopping, meal planning and more.

5 Sessions: $617 virtual or $750 in person. This package is for who want to know more about the body works, why we need to create healthy habits like movement, shopping, meal planning and more, and how to do all of this.

Meal Prep Services; Includes pre-shopping and meal planning consult and intake for concerns. We will cook TOGETHER in these sessions in your kitchen. This is so you can cook for 1-2 weeks in advance and have easy healthy easy food ready to go, whenever you need it (does not include food).

1, 2.5-hour meal prep session is $250, 2 sessions is $450, 3 sessions is $695

Accountability Packages: These are for folks who know they need more accountability in the form of gym meetups, yoga sessions, weekly meal prep, daily check-ins or regular coaching meetings. We work out a level of coaching you and I are both comfortable with and can commit to!

Aryvedic Coaching:

Method: In-person (+$50 per session ) OR Zoom

Cost: $450

Time length: 75-90 minutes/session

Description: In the first session, we will dive into the physical/mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of you, as well as identifying and getting clear on some of your patterns. Your coach will draft a plan to guide you in the coming weeks and months. There will be two, 75-minute coaching sessions, online or in-person, in which she will provide and discuss: healing foods, beverages, herbs & spices, easy-to-follow recipes, as well as how to prepare and eat nourishing foods. Portland area clients have the option of making one session an in-home cooking collaboration in your kitchen.

6-Pack of Sessions

Method: In-person (+$50 per session ) OR Zoom

Cost: $855 (5% discount)

Time length: 75 minutes/session

Description: In the first session, we will dive into the physical/mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of you, as well as identifying and getting clear on some of your patterns. We’ll draft a plan to guide you in the coming weeks and months. There will be five, 75-minute coaching sessions, online or in-person, in which she will provide and discuss: healing foods, beverages, herbs & spices, easy-to-follow recipes, as well as how to prepare and eat nourishing foods. Portland area clients have the option of making one session an in-home cooking collaboration in your kitchen.

9-Pack of Sessions

Method: In-person (+$50 per session ) OR Zoom

Cost: $1,215 (10% discount)

Time length: 75 minutes/session

Description: In the first session, we will dive into the physical/mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of you, as well as identifying and getting clear on some of your patterns. We’ll draft a plan to guide you in the coming weeks and months. There will be eight, 75-minute coaching sessions, online or in-person, in which she will provide and discuss: healing foods, beverages, herbs & spices, easy-to-follow recipes, as well as how to prepare and eat nourishing foods. Portland area clients have the option of scheduling two sessions of in-home cooking collaboration in your kitchen.
