Jumpstart Healthy Eating

Learn ways to boost your metabolism, have more energy, sleep better and stay healthy. Taste test healthy snacks, drinks, and meals. Leave with samples and recipes! We will explore decreasing inflammation, reducing sugar/ caffeine and increasing the intake of energy giving foods and drink. We will briefly touch on supplements and green drinks as well.

One Zoom follow up session included with Shaunna.

Shaunna is a certified Health Coach and Holistic Yoga therapist, with over 12 years of healthy eating to lower inflammation and boost energy. Shaunna's health journey began at a young age when she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, then later with Lyme Disease, Raynauds and arthritis. Learn how she navigates these diagnoses with food, sleep and movement.
