Katrina will guide you through practice and share some tools with you to cultivate a daily practice. Many studies show mindfulness and meditation are proven ways to reduce stress, find more peace, and create balance in your life. With the pace of our modern world, these tools are crucial in finding inner stability and joy. Some of the techniques will be; Pranayama, Mantra, Pratyahara, and Awareness.
