In this this 90 minute workshop we will work get to know your swing better, explore all the moves you may need for your specific needs and do some meditative relaxation.
Learn the basics, fundamentals and some advanced aerial swing techniques. Use these tools for injury relief, general muscle maintenance and pain relief. At the end, we will do some realxation to integrate all the work and movements.
Before class I will talk with you about your history and experience, then we will lead the class based on students needs. Because of the personal nature of this class, class size is capped at 6.
