A Restorative Yoga Workshop

Are you ready to put down what you are carrying? To release tension headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, back and hip pain, leg and foot tension and more? Restorative yoga is a slow, meditative, gentle yoga practice that any body can take part in.

Restorative can release stress, trauma, pain, and help you disconnect from the busyness of the world and unwanted distractions. Its helps foster mental clarity and better sleep.

You will also learn techniques to take with you for sleep, meditation and stress. All props will be provided but if you like, you may bring your own: Yoga mat, bolster, 3 yoga blocks, 2 blankets and a yoga strap.
