Chair Yoga; for Desk Workers, & all ability levels

Virtual Class; This class is designed to be a 30 break for the busy lifestyle, or a way to break up your day and add some fun movements to your body. Most of these movements will be done while seated in a chair with some options to use the chair as a tool, if standing is an option. If standing isn't an option, modification will be given.
