Hello, I am Shaunna, owner of Rising Tide Wellness. My vision is to support the wellness of the Gresham and East County Community with yoga, stress reduction, pain relief, free yoga, health education and more!

In order to do this, we need your help! We don't have a lot to get started and I am applying for grants as well. I am also asking the community to step up and pre-purchase their memberships for 6 months or a year, or just offer a donation! Here is what we need:

  • Yoga props ($500)

  • Heaters ($500)

  • Virtual Yoga/Computer equipment ($3,000)

  • Epidavros Student/Client List (Epidavros kindly donated half of the funds for this) $5,000

  • Chamber membership for the year ($600)

  •  Pay our teachers for 6 mos ($12,000)

  • Rent and bills for 6 mos. ($12,000)

In total we are trying to raise $34,000!

Please help us by spreading the word, donating, and buying your memberships in this presale. Every purchase of a class pack or membership will give you the classes for the amount you have spent.

Each purchase of a 6 month membership also receives a free t shirt! Every 12 month membership purchase, receives a free t-shirt and hat! Every generous donation of $50 or more, will give you custom made Rising Tide Wellness Pacific Ocean soap!
