  • 1. Cultivating Wellness

    The first offering is Cultivating Wellness, group health coaching.

    In this segment, we'll participate in six health classes led by certified health coach and Rising Tide owner, Shaunna Sutcliffe. These classes are designed to introduce gradual habits that lead to an embrace of a clean and healthy lifestyle.

    Each session includes homework and accountability measures for the subsequent class. Between sessions, group chats will facilitate accountability and address any questions. The classes offer two options: a virtual track and an in-person track.

    Choose either the virtual or in-person track during registration.

    Virtual classes will be on January 10 at 6 pm, January 14th at 7 pm, Jan 17th at 6 pm, January 20th at 4:30 pm, Jan 24th at 6 pm and January 31st at 5:30 pm (If you miss a class for an emergency you can receive the video) All classes will be recorded and you will have access to the videos for your lifetime.

    In Person, classes will be on January 10 at 2 pm, January 14th at 3 pm, Jan 17th at 2 pm, January 20th at 2 pm, Jan 24th at 2 pm and January 31st at 2 pm (If you miss an in-person class for an emergency you can receive the video)

  • 2. Functional Movement

    Embark on a transformative journey into the new year by establishing a sustainable habit of enhanced movement. Recognizing that it takes 21 days to solidify a habit, Katrina invites you to participate in a comprehensive 21-day movement reset. Throughout this program, Katrina will conduct live online sessions with you on 10 occasions, all of which will be recorded for flexible access within the 21-day period.

    The movement sessions will seamlessly integrate various practices, including Hatha Yoga, Primal Vinyasa, Pilates-inspired movements, Kriya Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, providing your body with a holistic and revitalizing experience. Katrina emphasizes the significance of daily practice during these 21 days to maximize the benefits and truly reset your movement habits.

    As a culmination of this reset, participants will have the unique opportunity to connect with Katrina and fellow participants on a Zoom call. This community gathering will serve as a platform to share experiences, discuss the transformative journey undertaken, and explore future endeavors in the realms of health and wellness. Join us in fostering a community committed to holistic well-being and the continuous pursuit of a healthier, more active lifestyle.

  • 3. Meditation, Breath & Kriya

    Embark on a profound 21-day meditation reset led by Katrina, where she will guide you through ten, live online meditation practices on within this transformative period. Fear not if you miss a session, as all practices will be recorded for access throughout the entire 21-day duration (and beyond). Katrina skillfully weaves together Meditation, Breathwork, Mantra, and Kriya techniques, creating a harmonious blend aimed at helping you discover a profound sense of inner peace.

    Embracing the power of daily practice, Katrina encourages you to engage consistently, unlocking the transformative potential that comes with dedication. This reset serves as a gateway to developing a Mind-Body Connection, fostering a grounded, calm, and centered state of being—the essential medicine for comprehensive Mind-Body Health and Wellness.

    Step into the new year with a commitment to a regular meditation practice with a supportive community. As the reset concludes, participants will have the opportunity to connect with Katrina and fellow participants through a culminating Zoom call. This gathering offers a space to share experiences, delve into discussions about our collective health and wellness journey, and envision the path forward in the pursuit of holistic well-being. Meet the Team

Shaunna and Katrina are excited to introduce the 21-day reset to you. Whether you choose to embark on this transformative program solo, with a friend, or as part of a group, the experience will be enriching and empowering!


  • Owner, Health Coach & Yoga Therapeutics Coach, Rising Tide Wellness

    After teaching since 2009, Shaunna received her Yoga Therapeutics certification in 2017 to further her healing and help others heal.

    She has suffered from Chronic Fatigue, Fibro Myalgia, arthritis, and Lyme disease with little help from Western doctors.

    She soon realized there was a huge missing component, FOOD. She became a certified Health Coach in 2021 and soon realized what unique nourishment her body needs, She has been helping others find their unique nourishment and gain relief from chronic pain, inflammation, and other concerns with great success.


  • Yoga & Meditation Guide

    Katrina has an extensive background in traditional yoga which incorporates all limbs of the philosophy; Yamas & Niyamas(ethical practices), Asana(movement), Pranayama(breathwork), Pratyahara(withdrawing of the senses), Dharana(attention), Dhyana(meditation), & Samadhi(self-collectedness). She weaves all of this together in her teaching, offering an integrated practice that develops new habits, a deep sense of wellbeing, and overall connectivity. This reset program will introduce you into a daily life filled with purpose and meaning.
