I created this class after 15 years in an office and 10 years teaching my coworkers yoga. While working, our bodies undergo a series of repetitive movements and minor injuries, especially if we hold incorrect postures or ergonomics. This class will not only support your workforce to relieve discomfort through unique drills and self massage, but also teach new patterns. I can offer this class at any time upon request.
Subscribe multiple members of your team to my weekly classes. Price depends on number of team members subscribed; discounted groups rates apply.

Core strength is important not for great abs, but every day function and pain reduction. While working throughout the day, our bodies undergo a series of repetitive movements. This class will not only support your workforce to relieve discomfort, but work to build strength and teach new patterns. I can offer this class at any time upon request.
