Join Sean T Fox for the Church of Qi: a Ceremony of Community to Empower our Collective Wellness, with 3 modalities woven together!
We will begin with an all-levels Qigong practice to breathe, stretch and flow into harmonious alignment, open our meridian channels and activate our energetic fields. Qigong is meditative medicine in motion, allowing us to access the innate healing abilities of the body and feel deeply relaxed, revitalized and centered.
From this deeply connected place we will lay down and receive a blissful sound healing bath of song, mantra, singing bowls and vibrational medicine. Acupuncture and Energy Work will be offered to all who wish to receive. In this space we may profoundly unwind, creating space for body and mind to heal and feel balanced, nourished and aligned.
Please bring a water bottle and anything you need to set up a comfortable nest for yourself to lie down on the floor, such as yoga mat, etc. (no church or denominational religion will be practiced or discussed)
