This two-day workshop will be a deep exploration into Paleena’s Unique Movement Map that she has created through her own experience over the last 18 + years as an Athlete, Wellness Coach, Somatic Therapist, and Healer.

Paleena’s unique ability to hold space for others provides the doorway for her clients to embody new sensations below the surface of their awareness.

Paleena can illuminate what is no longer serving you and support you to create space, release old patterns, and create new movements that bring ease to the body and mind.

“Embodied Somatic Therapy” a 16hr workshop, will allow you to feel the wisdom of Paleena’s Movement Map. You will be provided with all the tools to unwind, unlock, and awaken yourself.

This experience is for EveryBODY, who has a curiosity about somatics, whether you are a coach , trainer or teacher looking to implement this into your offerings. Or simply someone who wants to further build your knowledge about the mind-body connection.

The intention of the workshop is for you to leave with a deeper understanding of your unique body and what it needs. This tool kit of supportive movement explorations will help support your Body, Mind, and Heart in truly expansive, unlimited ways - giving you the power to tap into your inner genius in a way that gifts others the permission to do the same.
